FIJI, 3D2. Tomas, LY1F will be QRV as 3D2MT from August
28 to September 4. Activity is on 80 to 10 meters using mainly CW. He
plans to be an entry in the upcoming All Asian contest. QSL via VK2CCC.
CROATIA, 9A. Giuseppe, IK5WWA will be QRV as 9A/IK5WWA
from Solta, IOTA EU-016, from August 25 to September 1. He intends to
put other islands on the air during this time. QSL to home call.
NEPAL, 9N. Stig, LA7JO is QRV as 9N7JO and has been
active on 20 meters CW around 0230z and 1430z. QSL direct via his Thailand
address.
CHINA, BY. Operators BD7KLO, BA4ALC, BA4ED and BD4HD
are QRV from Pingtan Island, IOTA AS-138, until August 26. Activity is
on 40 to 10 meters using CW and SSB. QSL via operators' instructions.
CHILE, CE. Dale, VE7SV is QRV as CE3/VE7SV until the
end of August. QSL to home call.
IRELAND, EI. In celebration of the 75th anniversary of
the Irish Radio Transmitters Society, special event station EI75IRTS will
be QRV on August 26, September 2 and 9. QSL via bureau.
LIBERIA, EL. Dickson, EL2DT has been QRV on 20 meters
at various times. QSL via WA4TII.
FRANCE, F. Members of the Granville ARC are QRV as F5KAQ/p
from Tombelaine Island, IOTA EU-156, until August 26. Activity is on all
HF bands using CW, SSB and various digital modes. QSL via F5RJM.
ISLE OF MAN, GD. Bob, MD0CCE has been active on the
14247 kHz net around 2015z.
SARDINIA, IS0. Flaviano, I2MOV is QRV as IS0/I2MOV from
Dolianova, IOTA EU-024, until November. Activity is on 40 to 6 meters
using mostly CW. QSL to home call.
DENMARK, OZ. Ric, DL2VFR will be QRV as OZ/DL2VFR from
Roemoe Island, IOTA EU-125, from August 26 to September 1. Activity is
on all bands using mostly CW. QSL to home call.
SWEDEN, SM. Operators SM3CXS, SM3GSK, SM3JGG, SM3NXS
and SM3XGV are QRV as SD3N and SG3U from Grimskar Island, IOTA EU-176,
until August 26. Activity is on 80 to 10 meters using CW and SSB. QSL
via bureau. In addition, special event station 8S3SYL is active until
August 26 during the meeting of the Scandinavian Young Ladies Radio Amateurs
in Oestersund. QSL via bureau.
CRETE, SV9. Dick, G3URA will be QRV as SV9/G3URA from
August 27 to September 4 using mostly CW. In the upcoming Russian RTTY
contest he will be active as J49XF. QSL to home call.
TURKEY, TA. In celebration of the 25th anniversary of
the founding of the Turkish Coast Guard Command, operators TA1FR, TA1HZ
and TA2RX are QRV as TC25SG from August 27 to 30. Activity is on 40, 20
and 17 meters using SSB. QSL via TA1HZ.
EUROPEAN RUSSIA, UA. Special event stations R100AK and
R100IF are QRV until the end of the year to commemorate the 100th anniversary
of the birth of Alexander Kamalagin, UA4IF. QSL both calls via RW4HB.
NAMIBIA, V5. Alfons, DJ8VC is QRV as V5/DJ8VC until
September 8. Activity is on 160 to 10 meters using CW and SSB. He plans
to be active as V55V/p in the upcoming IARU Region 1 Field Day contest
and upcoming WAS SSB contest. QSL these two operations direct.
CHAGOS ISLANDS, VQ9. Larry, VQ9LA has been active on
160 meters around 2330z and 80 meters around 0630z. QSL direct.
INDIA, VU. In celebration of 60 years of Indian Independence,
members of National Institute of Amateur Radio in Hyderabad are QRV as
AT60MY until November 17. QSL via VU2NRO.
