TUNISIA, 3V. Dimitri, RW4WM will be QRV as 3V8SS from
October 2 to 8. Activity will be mainly on the low ends of 30, 17 and
12 meters using mostly CW with some RTTY. QSL this operation via RW4WM.
MALAWI, 7Q. Ely, IN3VZE will be QRV as 7Q7CE from southwest
of Lake Malawi from October 4 to 25. Activity will be on all bands using
SSB and especially RTTY. QSL to home call.
BARBADOS, 8P. Richard, G3RWL is QRV as 8P6DR until October
13. Activity is on 80 to 10 meters using CW and various digital modes.
He plans to participate in the CQ WW RTTY contest. QSL to home call.
BHUTAN, A5. Ed, N1UR is QRV as A52UR until October 2.
Activity is on all bands using CW and SSB. QSL via K2RET.
BAHRAIN, A9. John, GM6TVR is QRV as A92HB. QSL via operator's
instructions.
CHINA, BY. Operators BY1TX/4 and BY1TT/4 will be QRV
from Chang Dao, IOTA AS-146, from October 1 to 6. QSL BY1TX/4 via EA7FTR
and BY1TT/4 via BY1TT.
MADEIRA ISLANDS, CT3. Operators DJ6QT, DL1YFF, DJ3NG
and DJ8NK will be QRV as CT9L in the CQ WW RTTY contest. QSL via DJ6QT.
BALEARIC ISLANDS, EA6. Javi, LU5FF is QRV as EA6/LU5FF
from Can Picafort, IOTA EU-004, until November 16. Activity is on 30 to
10 meters using CW and SSB. QSL to home call.
IRELAND, EI. During the CQIR contest, look for special
event station EI75IRTS to be active from Cork and Dublin.
LIBERIA, EL. Operators PA3A, PA3AN, PA8AD and PA3AWW
will be QRV as 5L2MS from October 5 to 24. Activity will be on all HF
bands using CW, SSB and RTTY. QSL via PA3AWW.
TAJIKISTAN, EY. Nodir, EY8MM has been QRV using RTTY
on 20 meters around 1230z. QSL via K1BV.
TEMOTU PROVINCE, H40. Mike, KM9D and Jan, KF4TUG will
soon be QRV as H40MY from Tikopia Island, IOTA OC-178. Their length of
stay and activity are unknown.
LIECHTENSTEIN, HB0. DF4OR, DJ5BX, DK9FEC, DL1FX and
DL1ZBO are QRV as HB0/homecalls until October 1. Activity is on 80 to
10 meters using CW, SSB and RTTY. This includes an entry in the CQ WW
RTTY contest as HB0/DF4OR. QSL to home calls,
HONDURAS, HR. Dan, HR2DMR will be QRV in the CQ WW RTTY
contest as a Single Band/Low Power entry on 20 meters. QSL to home call.
VATICAN, HV. Francesco, IK0FVC is QRV as HV50VR to mark
the 50th anniversary of the opening of the Vatican's Santa Maria di Galeria
broadcasting center. He is also active as HV6SP. QSL HV50VR via IW0GPN
and HV6SP via IK0FVC.
MONGOLIA, JT. Look for JT1BE, JT1DN, JT1CO, JT1BV, JT1F,
and JT1KAA to be QRV in the CQ WW RTTY contest.
SVALBARD, JW. Karl, LA8DW and Lars, OZ1HPS will be QRV
as JW8DW and JW/OZ1HPS, respectively, from October 1 to 7. Activity will
be on the HF bands using CW and SSB. QSL to home calls.
LUXEMBOURG, LX. DF8QB, DL1QW and LX2A will be QRV as
LX7I as a Multi-Two effort in the CQ WW RTTY contest.
FINLAND, OH. A team of Finnish operators will be QRV
as OF2AG in the CQ WW RTTY contest as a Multi Op entry. QSL via operators'
instructions.
CRETE, SV9. Uli, DJ9XB is QRV as J49XB. He will be active
in the CQ WW RTTY contest as a Single Band entry on 15 meters. Before
the contest he may be active on 160 meters. QSL to home call.
SAN MARINO, T7. John, T77CD will be QRV in the CQ WW
RTTY contest. QSL direct via I0MWI.
CAYMAN ISLANDS, ZF. Operators W4YCH, W6JND, W6OMF, W6BO,
K6SUE and W4JO are QRV as ZF2DF, ZF2JD, ZF2LH, ZF2BO, ZF2MH and ZF2JO,
respectively, until October 1. Activity is on 160 to 6 meters. They will
also be active as ZF2DF in the CQ WW RTTY contest as a Multi/2 entry.

THIS WEEKEND ON THE RADIO
The ARRL EME Contest, CQ Worldwide RTTY DX Contest, CQIR - Ireland Calling,
Texas QSO Party, FISTS Coast to
Coast CW Contest and UBA ON CW Contest are all scheduled for this weekend.
The ARS Spartan CW Sprint and the YLRL Anniversary CW Party are scheduled
for October 2. The German Telegraphy CW Contest and the 432 MHz Fall Sprint
are scheduled for October 3.
