IOTA News
15 November, 2007

Island activities:
NA-001: C6, Bahamas: KE7X wants to show up as C6AKX from Eleuthera Island on 20m/low power in the CQWW Contest. He will be accompanied by N6BT from Nov 18-26 who will work on 160m during the WWDX CW. His call is not known yet. QSL manager for both is WA4WTG.

NA-080: C6, Bahamas: Ray,ND6S, is expected to hit the airwaves as C6AGY from Treasure Cay. He will stay there between Nov 18 and Dec 1 and will also work during the CQWW Contest (SOAB or 15m single band). QSL via ND6S.

NA-105: FS/PJ7, St. Martin/Sint Maarten: PJ7/DH1ND, PJ7/DG5XJ and PJ7/DJ5HD will be QRV from Sint Maarten working in CW/SSB/RTTY/PSK on 160-10m from Nov 15-28. They also plan a side trip to French St. Martin (FS).
QSLs via homecalls (direct/bureau).

OC-009, T8, Palau: JR8VSE is going to sign T88SE in CW/SSB/RTTY/PSK31/SSTV from Nov 18-21. QSLs via HC.

OC-144, YB, Bangka Island: Hotang,YC0IEM will be QRV from Nov 18 till Dec 5. QSL via IZ8CCW, direct or via bureau.

SA-006, PJ2, Netherland Antilles, Curacao: Several members of the "Caribbean Contesting Consortium" (CCC) will be QRV from the Signal Point Station on Curacao (WLOTA LH 0942) signing PJ2/homecalls from Nov 20-26.

OPs will be Geoff,W0CG, Jeff,K8ND, Jim,W0NB, Jim,W8WTS, Gerry,G0RTN, and maybe more. During the CQWW contest they will use the call PJ2T in the Multi/2 class. QSL for PJ2T via N9AG.
K8ND and W8WTS will stay there until Dec 2 because they want to take part in the ARRL 160m Contest as well. QSL via OP's homecall.

SA-006, PJ4, Netherland Antilles, Bonaire: Jeff,PJ4/KU8E, John,PJ4/K4BAI and Larry,PJ4/K5OT, chose Bonaire Island to become active from Nov 20-27. Their CQWW callsign will be PJ4A (Multi/Single). Jeff,PJ4/KU8E, will be active especially on 80m/160m before and after the contest. One of the two beverage antennas is pointing towards Europe. All QSLs via K4BAI.
