from Brac Island (ACIA IC-657, CIA-04, IOCA CI-010, MIA MC-042), August
20-23rd. Activity will be on 40-6 meters SSB. QSL via his home callsign.
EU-017. Mauro, IK3SCB, plans to be active as IK3SCB/ID9
from Lipari Island (IIA ME-001, MIA MI-053), now through August 24th.

EU-052. Gianni, IZ7FLP, will be active as SV8/IZ7FLP
from Zakynthos Island between now and August 25th. QSL via his home callsign.

EU-088. Bernd, DL8AAV, will be active as OZ/DL8AAV/p
from Laeso Island (NK-003 for the Danish Islands Award), September 17-29th.

EU-125. Ric, DL2VFR, will be active as OZ/DL2VFR from
Romo Island, August 26th through September 1st. Activity will be mostly
on CW with Big IR - Vertical (40-10m) using high power. On 40 and 30 meters,
he will especially look for Japan/Far East and N. America stations between
1900-2200z. QSL via the bureau.
EU-176. Operators Jorgen/SM3CXS, Classe/SM3GSK, Staffan/SM3JGG,
Sten/SM3NXS and Anders/SM3XGV will activate Grimskar Island between 1700z,
August 24th and 1200z, August 26th. Activity will be on 80-10 meters CW/SSB.
Callsigns to be used are SD3N and SG3U.

NA-062. Mark, KG8DP, will activate Grassey Key from
the White Sands Inn (www.whitesandsinn.com),
October 11-14th. Activity will be on 40-6 meters using a TS-2000, Tarheel
M-100, and a 600 watt amp stationary. Mark states that he may travel down
to Key West mobile.
If 6 meters is open, Mark will do some 6 meters mobile. QSL KG8DP (or
his club callsign NA8KD) via KG8DP. Address is OK via QRZ.com. Mark would
appreciate stateside QSLs with SASE and outside of U.S. direct only. The
Bureau cards will follow later.
NA-083/NA-139. Jeff, VA3QSL, will be camping and be
active on Chincoteague Island (NA-083, USI VA002S, WW Loc. FM27HW, Accomack
County, Virginia), between August 27-31st. He will also activate Assateague
Island (NA-139, USI VA024S, WW Loc. FM27HW, Accomack County, Virginia).
Activity will be limited and vacation style on the usual IOTA frequencies.
Look for him to sign VA3QSL/W4. QSL via his home callsign, direct or by
the bureau.
NA-110. Sixteen members of the Tennessee Valley DX
Association (TVDXA) will activate Folly Island, SC, using the callsign
N4R. The island is part of the South Carolina State Group (SC-015s). N4R
plans on being active about 2300z on Saturday, September 22nd and will
go QRT sometime Saturday morning September 29th. The group will use 100
watt transceivers and plan to be active on 80-10 meters HF (SSB, CW and
Digital) and 6 meters SSB and CW.

NA-243. Johan, PA3EXX, will be active as OX/PA3EXX/p
from Ratbone Island, in Greenland's Coastal Islands North East Group,
between now and August 23rd. QSL direct or by the VERON Bureau.
OC-138. Nobi, JA1JCF, will be active as VK4JCF from
Horn Island in Queensland, Australia, August 31st to September 2nd. Activity
may be limited because he is there to sightsee, but look for him on 30/20/17
meters CW, if active. QSL via the JARL Bureau or direct. PLEASE NOTE:
Cards should not be sent to the VK Bureau.
