Island activities:
AF-019. Emilio, IZ1GAR, will be active as IG9W from Lampedusa Island
during the CQWW DX CW Contest (November 29-30th) as a Single-Op/Single-Band (40m) entry. QSL via IZ1GAR.
EU-012. Stewart, GM4AFF, will once again be active as GZ0F from Braewick
on Shetland Islands (IOSA SH01, SCOTIA SI11, WLOTA LH-0867)
during the CQWW DX SSB Contest (October 25-26th) as a Single-Op/All-Band entry. QSL via M0CMK.
EU-029. Ben, DO1BEN, will once again be active as OZ/DO1BEN from Lolland
Island (DIA SJ-015 for the Danish Islands Award, WW Loc. JO54QV)
between now and October 11th. Activity will be on all HF bands.
Using only 100 watts, Ben will use a vertical antenna for 40-10
meters, homebrew vertical for 20 meters and dipole antennas for
40 and 80 meters. QSL via his home callsign, direct (QRZ.com)
or by the bureau.
OC-137. Eddie/VK4AN and Raj/VK4FRAJ will soon be relocating to a south
Morton Bay Island, near Brisbane. Eddie states, "It is a 1/4
acre on the waterfront, so signal should be better when the
new station is complete.

OC-138. Bill, VK4FW, informs that a good friend of his will possibly
be heading to Thursday Island. It is a rare IOTA, and he will
