Island activities:
AF-018. Mauro, IK1ZNM, will be active as IH9/IK1ZNM from Pantelleria
Island (IIA TP-001, MIA MI-124, WW Loc. JM56XT), African Italy,
during the CQWW DX SSB Contest (October 30-31st) as a Single-Op/Single-Band (??) entry. QSL via IK1ZNM.
AF-068. (RARE!). Toufelaz, CN8QY, is currently active from the National
Park of the Iles of Mogador (Essaouira, AF-065, CNFF-009), but
is expected to activate the National Park off the coast of
Dakhla, Sahara, on the Island of Herne (AF-068, CNFF-007),
between now and October 28th. Exact dates are not known.

AS-056. Members of the Sony Kyushu's amateur radio station club (JF6ZNT)
will activate the Island of Danjo in the East China Sea as
JF6ZNT between November 5-7th. Operators mentioned are: Osamu
(Leader), Takato/JH6TKW, Hitoshi/JR0UIU, Ryo/JH5UPS and Atsu/
JA2WBE. The island is one of today's most wanted Japanese IOTA
group (JCC No.4211). Activity will be on 80-10 meters using CW,
SSB and RTTY. QSL via the Bureau or direct via each operator's
home callsign.
EU-172. Thomas, DL4VM, will be active as OZ/DL4VM from Fyn Island
(DIA FY-001, WLOTA 2690) between May 28th and June 18th, 2011.
Activity will be on 30/15/6 meters, using CW and PSK. QSL via
his home callsign, by the Bureau or direct.
SA-012. Vlad, UY5ZZ, will be active as YV7/UY5ZZ from Margarita Island
between October 26th and November 7th. Activity will be on the
HF bands, and include the CQWW DX SSB Contest (October 30-31st)
and Ukrainian DX Contest (November 6-7th). QSL via his home
callsign.
SA-039. A group of South American operators will activate Isla de
Lobos (WLOTA 0799, ARLHS URU-002) as CW5R between December
8-13th.
Operators mentioned are YL Andreina/YY4AND, Atilano/
PY5EG, Peter/PY5CC, Rick/PY2EL, Hugo/CX1ABB, Lupo/CX6ABC,
Jorge/CX6DAP, Nelson/CX6ACY, Enrique/CX8BBA, Bano/CX3ABC,
Pedro/CX5BW, Julian/CX5BE, Lupo/CX2ABC, Federico/CX7BZ and
Aparicio/CX1BM.
Activity will be on 80-6 meters using CW,
SSB, RTTY and PSK31. QSL direct to CX2ABC.
