Island activities:
AF-018. Operator Raffaele, IH9YMC, will be active from Pantelleria
Island (IIA TP-001, MIA MI-124, WW Loc. JM56XT), African Italy,
in the CQ WW DX RTTY Contest (September 25-26th) as a Single-Op/ Single-Band (??) entry. QSL via eQSL.
EU-127. Operators Joerg/DJ1JB, Christian/DM4DX and Markus/DJ4EL will
be active as homecall/p from Helgoland-Duene Island (GIA N-15,
WLOTA 2130) between October 8-11th. Activity will be on 40/17/12
meters. QSL via their home callsign, by the Bureau or direct.
NA-091. Rick, K6VVA, will be active as homecall/VE7 from Quadra Island
(CISA BC-006) in the BC Province South Group between September
27-30th. QSL via N6AWD.
SA-046. Jim, PY7XC, will be active as PY7XC/p from Itamaraca Island
(DIB-018) between September 26th and October 1st. Activity
will be on 80-10 meters using CW, SSB and the Digital modes.
He will be running 400 watts into wire antennas. QSL via
addres on QRZ.com.
