Island activities:
AF-019. Members of the Valle Brembana DX and Contest Team (VBDXC) will
be active as IG9E from Lampedusa Island (IIA AG001) between
May 18-23rd.
Operators mentioned are Enzo/IZ2GLU, Fabio/IZ2GMT,
Andrea/IZ2AJE, Diego/IW2MZX and Ezio/IK2AHB. They plan to have
three stations active simultaneously "on air" on various bands
and modes. Special attention will be given to the 30/17/12 meter
bands and the Digital modes. QSL via IK2AHB, by the Bureau or

EU-016. Leo, S50R, will be active as 9A/S50R from the Island of Lastovo
(ACIA IC-869, CIA-23, IOCA CI-051, MIA MC-196, WLOTA 0815)
between April 25-30th.
Activity will be on the HF bands, on
or near the usual island and IOTA frequencies. QSL via his
home callsign, direct or by the Bureau and the LoTW.
EU-079. Members of the QLF DX-Team will once again be active as LA6Q
from More Og Romsdal County South IOTA Group between April
29th and May 1st. Operators mentioned are Bjorn/LA5UKA and
Trond/LA9VDA. Activity will be on 80-10 meters using CW, SSB
and RTTY. QSL via LA9VDA. Cards can be requested via E-mail
at: la9vda(at)gmail.com
For a direct QSL, please add 3 USDs or 1 new and stamped IRC
and SAE. Cards without this will be sent through the Bureau.
EU-123. Members of the Camb-Hams will be activating the Isle of Arran
between May 1-8th. They will be operating as GS3PYE/P and
GS6PYE/P. Activity will be on all bands 160-2 meters, and
70cm via satellites. For VHF, the island lies in IO75.
