Verulam Amateur Radio Club train school pupils

Pupils from Sandringham School, St. Albans have passed their amateur radio Foundation exam as part of preparations for the amateur radio contact with UK astronaut Tim Peake GB1SS planned for early January

The Verulam Amateur Radio Club (VARC) ran a Foundation Licence course in December 2015 for five candidates, three were pupils from Sandringham School.
