DX News

Andy, G0JLX, who is active from Ascension Island as ZD8AD, has had his tour of duty extended by a couple of weeks. He will now be active until about 9 April. More details, including operating times, are available on QRZ.com.

Jim, MM0BQI/P, will be active from Tanera Mor in the Summer Isles from 2 to 9 April. The Summer Isles count as EU-092 for the RSGB Islands on the Air programme, and SC10 for the IOSA award. Jim is active on all bands from 80 to 6 metres using SSB, CW and RTTY. QSL via the RSGB bureau, Logbook of The World or direct.

Andre, GM3VLB, reports he will operate from the Isle of May between 2 and 9 April. The island counts as EU-123 for IOTA.

Richard, G3CWI, is on holiday in Ireland now until 8 April. While there he intends to activate some of Ireland's unactivated hills for Summits on the Air. Operation will be between 1100 and 1500UTC around 7030kHz CW. His primary radio objective is to activate Ireland's highest mountain, Carrauntoohill.

F8DVD is active as JW/F8DVD from Svalbard between 4 and 10 April. He is operating on all the HF bands, mainly SSB.

K4UJ is operating as ZF2UJ from the Cayman Islands between 1 and 9 April. Activity is mainly on 80 and 40 metres CW, and 20, 17, 12 and 10 metres CW and SSB.
