Novice/Intermediate CEPT Reciprocal Licencing

More countries are adopting the new CEPT amateur radio arrangments at Novice/Intermediate level. The CEPT Implementation status page can be seen at:

The UK hasn't yet implemented the CEPT Novice agreement.

It is rumoured that the regulator Ofcom would prefer to see a system that encompassed the Foundation licence class as well since an increasing number of countries across Europe are now introducing Foundation licences.
