EUCW Fraternizing CW QSO Party

The European CW Association (EUCW) comprises most of the European CW clubs such as FOC, HST, FISTS etc.

Its annual EUCW Fraternizing CW Party takes place on the second weekend of May and consists of two parts:
part I  - May 12, Saturday from 10.00 to 12.00 UTC and
part II - May 13, Sunday from 18.00 to 20.00 UTC.

The Party is open for all amateur radio operators and SWLs and will be carried out on the 80, 40, 20, 15 and 10 meter bands. Preferred segments: 3530-3550 kHz, 7015-7035 kHz, 14030-14050 kHz, 21030-21050 kHz and 28030-28050 kHz.

There are five classes:
A: members of EUCW clubs, QRP output power 5 watts maximum;
B: members of EUCW clubs, output power 100 watts maximum;
C: non members, QRP output power 5 watts maximum,
D: non members, output power 100 watts maximum;
E: SWLs.

CALL:
CQ EUCW TEST. Exchange: Class A and B send RST / Name / Club / Membership number; Class C and D: RST / Name / NM; Class E: log information of both stations.

SCORING:
Classes A, B, C, D: 1 point per QSO; Class E: 3 points for a complete info set.

Awards will be issued for !st to 3rd places of each class.

Multipliers: 1 multiplier point for each EUCW club (also associated EUCW clubs) worked per day and band. A participant may represent only one EUCW club during the complete party.

Logs: Electronic logs via e-mail preferred to: eucwfp@agcw.de and must contain: Cover sheet –

Callsign, Name, Address, Class, Club, Station setup; Summary sheetwith total score. Log sheets must contain: Date, UTC, Band, Callsign, Exchange, Points, Multiplier.
