Amateur Radio Satellite FO-29 telemetry data wanted

The popular 2 meter to 70 cm linear transponder on FO-29 has stopped working. Mineo Wakita, JE9PEL has provided a translation of a statement on FO-29 issued by the Japan Amateur Radio League (JARL) who are requesting telemetry data and transponder status information for the 20th April.

The analog (linear SSB/CW) transponder on the amateur radio satellite "Fuji-3" (FO-29) has stopped operating. We ask for information to help investigation and resolution of the problem.

Orbiting amateur satellite "Fuji-3" (FO-29, 8J1JCS) of JARL
performed a consecutive use of regular analog system, but we confirmed the analog transponder which we should have been managing on 21 April 2007 stopped.

We wish to collect the information and analyze the telemetry before the transponder stopped so that we may draw up a command plan to restore the transponder. If any station has the following information regarding "Fuji-3", please forward it to the JARL Development Section at the email address below.

CW telemetry data after 07:00(UTC) April 20, 2007
Transponder movement situation after 07:00(UTC) April 20, 2007 (CW telemetry is a stop, but a transponder can work.)
If there is a phenomenon, in addition, to become reference,
please send to us the signal strength or the reception situation.

We ask for cooperation of people for restoration of "Fuji-3".
