In less than 2 months the HAM RADIO 2007 (June
22 - 24) will begin.
I have updated the HAM RADIO Information page on our website
http://www.darc.de/ausland/new/
englisch/hamradio.html - there you will find the DARC invitation letter
and the links to the application forms for a show stand as well as the
entry form for the exhibition catalogue.
As soon as I have it, I will put the official program on the website
- as well as other relevant information.
For your information: The cost for a show stand (standard equipment)
for a national IARU-society is 60 EUR + VAT (19 % - which can be refunded
after the exhibition - see the note on the application form).
Please use the application form that is attached to the invitation letter,
if you want DARC to book a room at the Seehotel. IMPORTANT NOTE: Please
use the same form also, if you are going to make your own room arrangements!
DARC needs your information in order to order the exact amount of Messe
entrance tickets / exhibitors passports and so on ...
If you haven't or your amateur radio society has not yet decided whether
you or they want to attend the HAM RADIO 2007 or not - please make up
your minds soon.
The deadline for all applications via DARC is Friday, May 25, 2007
