International Marconi Day 2007 - IY0IGM

Special station IY0IGM will be QRV today, April 28 from Forte Michelangelo, a defensive castle in Civitavecchia, my hometown and an important port city where Marconi's doughter, Elettra, was born in 1930.

Also the Marconi's famous 'White Ship' Elettra used this port as base during his cruises.

Operations: H24 on HF bands, all modes.

I will be one of the many operators but for CW only:
I'll try to make some calls on 14,060 kHz late afternoon to contact as many as possible QRPers.
