The IET Ionospheric Radio Systems and Techniques, IRST-2009, conference takes place in Edinburgh from April 28-30, with 3 days of presentations on HF radio systems.

The event is being held at the Edinburgh Conference Centre, Heriot-Watt University and among the presentations are:
