Euroquartz offers surface mount oscillators on quick turnaround

Frequency control products specialist, Euroquartz Group has announced the availability of its XO44 11 x 9mm surface mount oscillators on 10-day turnround.

The UK manufactured oscillators can be produced at any frequency from 1 to 156MHz with 3.3 or 5V ±5% supply voltage. The oscillators can be supplied with a tristate or enable/disable function implemented.

Specifications include TTL/CMOS output logic with output voltage of 0.4 (max low) to 2.4V (min high) for TTL, 0.5V (max low) to Vcc-0.5V (min high) for CMOS. Frequency stability can be specified in three ranges, ±25, ±50 and ±100ppm, over both commercial 0 to 70 C and industrial -40 to +85 C operating temperature ranges.

Output load is 15 or 50pF CMOS or 2 to 10TTL gates with rise fall times of 10ns max, 3ns typical for both output types. Duty cycle is 40% minimum, 60% maximum measured at 1.4V (TTL) or 50% Vdd (CMOS). Start up time is 10ms maximum, 5ms typical with current consumption from 15 to 45mA depending on frequency. Storage temperature is -55 to +125 C with maximum aging of ±5ppm per year.

Available on tape and reel, Euroquartz's XO44 series SMD oscillators are housed in an industry standard four pad leadless low profile (1.85mm high) 11 x 9.6mm package and can be delivered on 10-day turnround.

The Euroquartz group provides major OEMs with a global manufacturing and supply facility for all types of quartz crystals, oscillators, filters and frequency control products.
