Earth dot Google attracts attention

A new website called Earth Dot Google (or "Google Earth")
has been attracting quite a bit of attention in Amateur radio
circles - with hams saying it's a 'must see' and a 'guaranteed time waster' - so you know it's good.

Essentially Earth Dot Google is a 3-D model of the real world using maps and aerial photographs, and you can even "fly" over terrain and tilt and rotate the map table.

It's easy to operate and a lot of fun.

Requires a free software download. http://earth.google.com
