IRLP - Saipan - Pacific Ocean

Information from Carter Davis KH6FV is that testing of node # 3562 is being carried out on the island of Saipan in the Pacific Ocean.

It will be primarily used for emergency communications, but that is not to say that you can't call it up for normal use.

It will be a UHF Simplex node. Carter will be putting the final touches to it soon, as he will be spending four days on the island.

The node should be in operation by 3rd of October 2005.
