There's not much time left

Another reminder that responses to the Ofcom Amateur Licensing Consultation are due in this week.

It doesn't matter whether you support the RSGB's £50 five year licence or Ofcom's free Licence for Life, the important thing is that as many Amateurs as possible respond to the consultation to show Ofcom that Radio Amateurs are a force to be reckoned with.

PW Editor Rob Mannion G3XFW comments on the situation in the latest (September) issue of Practical Wireless (page 8) out now.

The PW letters pages has letters critical of the full page "Ofcom Grim Reaper" advert that RSGB placed in PW.
That advert certainly seems to have generated plenty of comment in the Amateur community.
