Jack Gerritsen's sentencing date changed again!

The Judge in the Jack Gerritsen (the ex-KG6IRO) jamming case has given Gerritsen's attorney another continuance.

The reason for the continuance is that Jack's attorney has been transfered to Riverside, and for some reason that has made a difference - what that difference is, I do not know.

The new date is MONDAY, Sept. 18, 2006 at 10:00 AM.

The court is :
Roybal Federal Court
255 E Temple Street, Los Angeles, California
in Room 850.

When you do go to court, you should get there prior to that time, as I believe this Judge will be starting right at 10:00 AM. Give yourself time for parking and getting into the courtroom.
