Joint response to Ofcom 10 GHz sell-off proposal

An initial joint submission from the RSGB, AMSAT-UK and UK Microwave Group has been made in response to the 10-40 GHz Spectrum Award process.

This first submission is in the form of an Illustrated Backgrounder for the benefit of Ofcom and other interested Stakeholders and describes current and planned systems in the 10 GHz Amateur Satellite section at 10.45 - 10.50 GHz
where there is an overlap with the Ofcom Award.
