French Radio Amateurs request 3.4 GHz allocation

Currently, French Radio Amateurs are denied access to 3.4 GHz but the TDF (VHF/Microwave group) are submitting a request for a small allocation in that region.

The TDF submission can be seen at

In IARU Regions 2 and 3 (Americas/Pacific) 3400-3410 MHz is available for both the Amateur Radio and Amateur Satellite Services.

In Region 1 (Europe/Africa) while many countries have allocated this segment to the Amateur Radio Service, it is currently not available for the Amateur Satellite Service.
