Gianni, I1HYW, wants to inform readers that the WAP's (Worldwide Antarctic Program) Web site has moved to: http://www.waponline.it

"There are a lot of features on this Antarctic Web site which is fully dedicated to Hams and Chasers.

The WAP Antarctic QSL Gallery contains nearly 1000 QSLs including a special album of historical cards dated from 1945 to 1960 (before the Antarctic Treaty). The WAP Awards and a Gallery of the most important Antarctic Awards worldwide is waiting your visits.

You will find a free download of the WAP Directory, a 40-page book with the list of Bases huts and Antarctic sites, a useful tool for those wishing to play DX with this part of the world. The 5th Antarctic Activity Week (AAW) will be celebrated next February 18-24th, 2008.
