Lioness of Italy AwardThe 50th Anniversary Lioness of Italy Award has been launched to celebrate of the anniversary of the Brescia section of the Italian Amateur Radio Association. The award will be issued to all amateurs and SWLs that achieve the required number of QSOs. This award will run from 24 August until 14 September on all bands. The number QSO or heard stations required are 10 Brescia stations for European stations and 5 for DX stations. The award will be issued, free of charge, to all stations that send their request by 31 October 2008. The request must include a log summary, preferably in electronic format, by mail to the award manager IZ2FOS to iz2fos<at>rblob.com
