JARL Ham Fair special event station

The Japan Amateur Radio League has announced that it will provide a special club station 8J1A for visitors to its Ham Fair in Tokyo for those who meet the licence requirements.

JA has reciprocal licence agreements with Australia, Canada, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Korea, Peru and the United States of America.

The demand to operate 8J1A is expected to be high and
30-minute roster spots are being reserved.

The JARL Ham Fair is on 22 and 23 August.
