CIS DX QPSK63 Contest

The European PSK Club (EPC) has the honor to invite the
radio amateurs all over the world to participate in the '2009 CIS DX QPSK63 Contest' (September 19-20th).

This year's contest is being handled completely by the EPC. They would like to invite you to take part in the contest, the rules and other information can be found on the Web site

Please check the rules as there are important changes. It is strictly a QPSK63 contest now, no other modes are allowed. The maximum output power is 100 watts.

Georgia has been removed from the CIS Regions List. Moldova now has only 4 regions (MD01, MD02, MD03, and MD04). Kyrgyzstan has new additional territorial unit - Osh City (KG09). Please do not confuse this list with their EU Areas list, this is a completely different story.
