From IOM to ISS

Matty, MD0MAN from the Isle of Man managed a quick qso with the ISS. He writes:

I made contact with Colonel Doug Wheelock, KF5BOC onboard ISS at 23:02 UTC, 26th August.

I only have a partial recording of the contact as I wasn't expecting anyone to be active on the station at this time.
