433MHz and 3.6MHz in New Zealand

NZ's regulator the MED is permitting 'unrestricted' short range operation in the 433MHz Amateur Radio band and auditory aids at 3.6MHz.

Previously, only low power telemetry and telecommand had been permitted to use this amateur allocation, now the band is designated unrestricted, which would permit low power FM walkie-talkies to be used.

Auditory aids are being permitted in the 3MHz and 10 MHz bands. The 80m allocation extends from 3.64MHz to 4.04MHz covering much of the Amateur Radio allocation.
