New VK3 repeater

Roly McMillan VK3KXW in the Bass IRLP group news advises a new repeater will be tested out from Arthur's Seat in the very near future.

Permission was granted from the ACA for a 2 hour period and during the test VK3RIR will be off the air for 2 hours.

VK3RBN 438.350MHz will be the callsign during testing period. The repeater will then be handed over to the owner Tony VK3UBO who will try and have the unit up and running in time for Christmas in the Ballarat area.
