Special Event Station LR5ØU

Special event station LR50U will be on the air during December to celebrate 50 years since the first operation from the South Sandwich Island Argentine station.

The Amateur Radio Club Pampeano will celebrate this event during the entire month, and, between December 7th and 12th, three members from Grupo Argentino de Radiotelegrafia (GACW), LU1DZ, LU7EE and LW2DX, will join the locals.

The modes will be mainly CW and SSB. QSL via EA5NI (QRZ.com).
