Amateur Radio at ASE conference

The Association for Science Education (ASE) is the professional association for teachers of science which exists to improve the teaching of science.

It has about 20,000 members and the Annual Conference attracts over 3,500 people.

This year's conference is being held from Thursday 4th January to Saturday 6th January 2007 at the University of Birmingham B15 4TT. There will be over 500 sessions, 160 exhibitors, 50 booked courses and 30 frontier science lectures.

Amateur Radio will be represented at the conference by the organisation "Science and Technology through Educational Links with Amateur Radio" (STELAR).

STELAR will have stand D21 at the conference and the STELAR Chair, Tony Vinters G0WFG and the Secretary, Alan Betts G0HIQ, will be in attendance.
