'Beijing model 1' IRCs expire in 3 daysCheck any International
Reply Coupons (IRCs) you've got As of January 1, 2002, UPU-issued IRCs bear expiration dates, after which the coupons have no value. The so-called "Beijing model 1" IRC expires on December 31. The newest IRC, the "Beijing model 2," expires December 31, 2009. Many DXers still use IRCs, issued by the Universal
