Murray Niman G6JYB Appointed RSGB Microwave Manager

RSGB Spectrum Director Colin Thomas, G3PSM has issued the following statement:

Murray Niman G6JYB was appointed as the new RSGB Microwave Manager during the meeting of the Board and National Council held on Saturday November 25th.

Murray will take over from Mike Dixon G3PFR who has
held this post for many (more than I care to remember) years. The appoinment will take effect on January 1st 2007.

I would like to thank Mike for all the hard work he has put in over the years, but he is not going to get away with it as easy as that as he will remain a member of this Forum in an advisory role.

Congratulations Murray and thanks Mike.
