British Wireless for the Blind Award Presentation

The Chelmsford Amateur Radio Society (CARS) ran the club station GX0MWT during the British Wireless for the Blind Fund awards held at the Sandford Mill Wireless Museum in Chelmsford.

The event was held on Sunday 9th December and among the presentations was one to Simon Treacher 2E0CVN of the Cray Valley Radio Society who received the award for the most contacts by an individual from the RSGB President Angus Annan MM1CCR.

After the presentations the RSGB President made good use of GX0MWT to make a number of contacts on HF.
