How to obtain free copies of ITU regulations

The International Telecommunications Union (ITU) website permits free access to three individual ITU-R Recommendations

It is not widely known that you can obtain free copies of ITU-R Recommendations simply by registering on the ITU website. Each registered account can gain access to three (3) individual ITU-R Recommendations.

To register go to
http://www.itu.int/publications/bookshop/how-to-buy.html#free

After registering a username and password will be sent to the email account you specified

Next go to the ITU Electronic Bookshop at http://ecs.itu.ch/cgi-bin/ebookshop

and select 'I have already registered and wish to DOWNLOAD ITU-R Recommendations free of charge'. You can then locate the document you want and download it.
