Monrovia operation

Jim, K8SJP, has been spotted as EL2DX several times on 80m and 160m in the past few days. Jim is working in the US embassy in Monrovia, Liberia until next year.

He is using an IC-725 with 500 watts amp and inverted V's
for 10-160m. Jim is working mainly in CW but also some RTTY and PSK31, SSB only in contests.

He is listening for band openings on 160m daily around 2200 UTC and again from 0500 UTC.

QSL cards should be sent via bureau to K8SJP or direct (no IRCs, only 1 US$ or US stamps) to this address:
James Alpine, 8800 Monrovia Place, Dulles, VA 20189-8800, USA.

The QSLs will then be forwarded to Liberia.
