St. Maksymilian Maria Kolbe (SP3RN)

On Sunday, we published an article titled 'Ham Radio has a Patron Saint!'

The article briefly explained how, during the WW2 German occupation of Poland, a ham radio priest, Fr. Maximilian Kolbe, SP3RN was arrested by the Germans and later executed. He was canonized by Pope John Paul II as Saint Maximilian Kolbe in 1982. You can read the original article here
