If you remember  ILOTA Lighthouses was QRV between December 2008 and May 2009.

TCSWAT and AKUT DXpedition Team members, in collaboration with Coastal Safety Administration, activated six historical lighthouses around Istanbul Straits.

The dates, locations and callsigns of these were as follows:

1. 20-21 & 27-28 December 2008 Karaburun Lighthouse (TUR 036): TC1KLH
2. 17-18 January 2009 Sile Lighthouse (TUR 046): TC2SLH
3. 24-25 January 2009 Anadolu Lighthouse (TUR 014): TC2ALH
4. 21-22 February 2009 Ahirkapi Burnu Lighthouse (TUR 056): TC1ALH
5. 21-22 March 2009 Rumeli/Turkeli Lighthouse (TUR 053): TC1RLH
6. 4-5 April 2009 Fenerbahce Lighthouse (TUR 021): TC2FLH

Between August 2009 and May 2010, TCSWAT in collaboration with Coastal Safety Administration is going to activate seven historical lighthouses around the Marmara Sea.

The dates, locations and callsigns of these are as follows:

1. 15-17 August 2009 Kocaeli Yelkenkaya Lighthouse (TUR 054): TC99K 
2. 15-17 August 2009 Yalova Bozburun Lighthouse (TUR pending): TC99Y 
3. 19-22 September 2009 Balıkesir Bandırma Balyos Lighthouse (TUR pending): TC3BLH 
4. 9-11 October 2009 Tekirdağ Marmara Ereğlisi Lighthouse (TUR 059): TC1ELH 
5. November 2009 Istanbul Yeşilköy Lighthouse (TUR 055): TC1YLH 
6. April 2010 Çanakkale Gelibolu Lighthouse  (TUR 023): TC1GLH 
7. May 2010 Tekirdağ Hoşköy Lighthouse  (TUR 025): TC1HLH

Exact dates for the activations to be announced later. 

GOLDEN AWARD

1. Stations contacting all seven lighthouses or  
2. Stations contacting six of the lighthouses on a minimum of nine different bands 

SILVER AWARD

1. Stations contacting six of the lighthouses or 
2. Stations contacting five of the lighthouses on a minimum of seven different bands 

BRONZE AWARD

1. Stations contacting five of the lighthouses or 
2. Stations contacting four of the lighthouses on a minimum of five different bands 

QSOs from the first activation of TC1YLH Yesilköy Lighthouse in August 2008 are valid for the MLOTA Award. 

Same rules apply to SWLs.
