Amateur Radio Training Instructors Newsletter

The December issue of the Radio Communications Foundation (RCF) Instructors newsletter is now available on the web

Those planning Amateur Radio Foundation courses for February may be advised to read the item regarding the Moratorium on Producing Examination Papers.

The dates for next year's Advanced exams are given. There are only 6 Advanced exam dates each year and it seems that in 2010 there won't be a Advanced exam in December, breaking with a tradition going back to City and Guilds days.

This is a suprising change since the December exam has been the most popular, since it fits in well with courses that start in September, there is however a new exam date in November.

The newsletter also features a good article on Teaching Electricity.
