Antarctic satellite operation planned from M/V Kapitan Khlebnikov

Herb, AA2PI is planning some amateur radio satellite operations during his voyage aboard the polar-class Russian ice breaker Kapitan Khlebnikov as it sails a route circumnavigating Antarctica from the Falkland Islands to Hobart, TZ.

The itinerary is:
