DXpedition to the South Shetland Islands

A group of Italian students led by Prof. Julius Fabbri is starting an expedition to the South Shetland Islands (AN-010) in December to honour the Italian adventurer Renato Cepparo and his team who founded the 'Giacomo Bove Camp' (WAP ITA-02) 35 years ago.

They will be active on HF with the expedition call sign of Renato Cepparo I1SR.
