A video by Bill Dzurilla, NZ5N, shows how to use the AMSAT-UK FUNcube Dongle SDR to receive signals that have been bounced off the surface of the Moon.
The FUNcube Dongle is a Software Defined Radio (SDR) that fits in the palm of your hand. It covers 64 - 1700 MHz and can be used with K1JT's MAP65-IQ software to decode EME (moonbounce) transmissions and to provide a map of all stations transmitting on 2m, 70cm, or 23cm. This video shows how to set up the Dongle and the software to receive EME.
You will not have to tune around anymore, you will see everyone you are receiving over the entire band with just a glance.
