Director's news letter for BC and Yukon amateurs

RAC Director Ed Frazer has produced a newsletter which he hopes will be the first of many to keep the amateurs in his Region informed of the latest developments at RAC.

In the newsletter he describes his impressions as a new member of the RAC Board of Directors, and of the implications for amateurs in the part of Canada he represents.
