Leeds FM radio station doubles its powerUK commercial station 96.3 Radio Aire, based in Leeds, yesterday started broadcasting from a new transmitter and antenna at double the power of the old one. Since the station launched 25 years ago, there has been a huge amount of building development in the city, and the signal in some areas had deteriorated.
