10,000 up for prolific activator and chaser

British Radio amateur, Graham Taylor G4JZF, from Walsall in the UK has now scored in excess of ten thousand points in the chaser section of Summits on the Air.

Graham, a long-time Worked All Britain enthusiast and committee member, began his interest in working SOTA activations with a contact with Peter M0COP/P on nearby Walton Hill G/CE-002 back in January 2003.

He has now made contact with over 3,300 summit stations, both in the UK and from around Europe.

The main award for Chasers in the SOTA Programme is the 'Shack Sloth', attained at 1,000 points.

This was a long time ago for Graham!
