New papers added for IARU Region 1 Vienna conference

The files area of the C5 reflector has been updated with the latest edition of the papers for the IARU Region 1 Interim Conference which will be held in Vienna on 24 /25 February 2007.

The most recent addition is Info Paper C3 by RSGB which records the recent success in retaining the 75GHz Band in the UK and offers advice to other CEPT Societies for following suit. The recent DARC paper is also formally included.

Also uploaded is another interesting comment for the upcoming discussions about minimum requirements for digital qso's (Papers B08/B18) by Klaus, DJ5HG.
