Ofcom - Enabling the public sector to trade its spectrum

On Thursday the UK regulator Ofcom confirmed plans to enable public sector bodies to trade or release valuable radio spectrum holdings for new wireless services.

Both the Amateur and Amateur Satellite services share radio spectrum with public sector bodies.
