Open Day at Flight Refuelling Amateur Radio Society

For their Science and Engineering Week activities, Flight Refuelling Amateur Radio Society will be holding an Open Day at the club HQ on Saturday 7 March from 10am to 4pm.

The club is located in Merley, near Wimborne, Dorset BH21 3AA.

There will be a wide variety of activities including reception of signals from spacecraft and probes in the Deep Space Network, measurement of Sun noise and Moon noise and contacts via Amateur satellites.

They will also be running HF and VHF demonstrations.
