Talk on latest developments in HF Surfacewave Radar

This Wednesday there will be a talk in Chelmsford on the latest developments in HF Surfacewave Radar

This free event is organised by the Essex branch of the IET but is open to everyone, no registration is required.

This lecture, by Dave Emery of BAE Systems Integrated System Technologies, will provide an overview of some of the latest UK developments in HF Surfacewave radar.

Advanced signal processing and simultaneous multiple frequency operation have matured the technology so that it now offers a truly viable, long range wide area surveillance capability. A description of the company's latest radar system will be provided.

Date/Time: Wednesday 4th February 6.00 for 6.30 pm start

Location: Room QB1, Queens Building, Anglia Ruskin University, Bishop Hall Lane, Chelmsford, CM1 1SQ

Bishops Hall Lane is at the end of New Street not far from the old Marconi site.
